About us

These terms are between you and Campus Heritage House Ltd (“CHH”, “we”). We make officially licensed merchandise for partner schools, including Loyola Jesuit College. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping and fulfilment policy and our privacy policy.

Prices

Prices are in naira (₦). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates at the day’s exchange rate, and your card, PayPal or bank may convert slightly differently.

Prices are for the pieces only. They do not include delivery fees or customs duties and import taxes, which are shown or confirmed separately. If we find an error in a price, we will tell you before we go ahead, and you can cancel.

Placing an order

When you submit an order, we set the pieces aside for you. Your order is confirmed when your payment arrives. If payment has not arrived after a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and make the pieces available to others. Stock is limited, and if we cannot supply something, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

Paying

You can pay by bank transfer to the account shown after you order, quoting your order reference and sending us your proof of payment. Customers abroad can pay by PayPal in Canadian dollars, US dollars, euros or pounds. If you view prices in naira, a PayPal payment is taken in US dollars.

Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are yours to bear.

Pre-orders and waitlists

A pre-order is an order for a piece that is not yet in stock. We ship it as soon as it is ready and tell you when to expect it. A waitlist is not an order: joining it costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and means we will tell you when the piece is available.

Delivery and fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 weeks of payment. Pickup is free. Delivery fees and customs duties are explained in our shipping and fulfilment policy.

Colours, sizes and designs

Colours and prints can look a little different on screen from the real piece. Some T-shirts come in more than one design, and a design you choose is a preference that depends on what we have available in your colour. We will confirm with you if we cannot match it.

If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you can, with your order reference and a photo, and we will work with you to put it right. This does not affect any legal rights you have.

Official merchandise

School names, crests and marks on our pieces belong to the schools and are used under licence. Buying a piece does not give you the right to reproduce them.
